Statistics from the SDMD are produced to high professional standards. Our data regularly undergo quality assurance reviews and cleaning processes. Such processes are designed to ensure that the analyses we produce are meaningful and meet customer needs.

Because of the importance of accuracy in the statistics and information available/published by DMIST, a member of the SDMD team may, from time to time, contact services asking for clarification on the data sent to the SDMD. This contact may take the form of a paper report or a phone call, depending on the nature of the clarification required.
