This report presents the findings of a survey, carried out by Information Services Division (ISD), on injecting equipment provision (IEP) to injecting drug users in Scotland in 2007/08. The survey was commissioned in response to Action 21 of Phase II of the Scottish Hepatitis C Action Plan.
