This publication presents figures for drug seizures made by Police forces in Scotland in 2004/05 and 2005/06. The statistics in this publication relate to drugs controlled under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, which divides drugs into three classes A, B and C. On 29 January 2004 cannabis was reclassified from class B to C.
